Experience Requirements:
- 2+ years experience in one or more of the following areas:
- Estimating
- Engineering ( architectural, civil, mechanical, or electrical )
- Cost Segregation Studies
- Construction Technology, Engineering
Background & Skill Set:
- Ability to travel regionally or nationally to visit project sites
- Knowledge of RS Means &/or Marshall & Swift
- Proficient in Microsoft, Excel, Word
- Excellent interpersonal and analytical skills
- “Client First” attitude with strong communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and ability to meet tight deadlines and prioritize multiple projects.
